Smith Group Pty Ltd was established in 1997 and was actively involved in the civil construction industry on medium to large scale private and government infrastructure projects.
In 2000 Smith Group Pty Ltd purchased the first of its range of successful development projects at 26–30 Epsom Road, Rosebery, Sydney comprising of a 15 apartment warehouse conversion. Since then, the company has been focused primarily on residential and commercial building projects.

The construction management process is overseen by Director Frank Hupp, who maintains a simple philosophy "quality people produce quality results." A total dedication to quality from the point of inception to handover has provided Smith Group Pty Ltd with a reputation that has stood the test of time since its founding.
